4. Enter Your Details: Fill in your billing and shipping information.
5. Use the “Order notes” Box: This part is important! Use this box to tell us:
   • The full name of the lucky person receiving the voucher.
   • If you want it shipped to a different address (please provide it here).

Here’s the important stuff, kept simple:

1. The gift voucher is valid for a specific monetary amount or the specific service detailed on it.

3. When booking, please let us know you’ll be using a gift voucher as payment.
4. Please present the voucher when you arrive for your treatment.
5. The voucher is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change is given.
6. The voucher cannot be exchanged for retail products.
7. Before your treatment, we’ll have a quick consultation to ensure the service is right for you. If (for health or other reasons) the specified treatment isn’t suitable, the Salon reserves the right to suggest an alternative, appropriate treatment of equivalent value.
8. The voucher entitles you to services in the Salon according to the current price list, up to the value of the voucher.
9. The gift voucher is valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase. The exact expiry date is written on the voucher.
10. If the voucher value allows, it can be used over several visits.
11. The voucher is transferable, so the holder can pass it on to a third party.
12. To receive the treatment, you must provide all standard information required by the cosmetologist during the qualification consultation.
