These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://enderma.co.uk/ (“the Website”), and your purchase of goods (“Products”) from our online shop and the booking of aesthetic services (“Treatments”) offered by us.
By accessing the Website, placing an order for Products, or booking a Treatment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Malgorzata Kedzierska Enderma Group. “You”, “Your”, “Client” refers to you as the user of our Website or customer for our Products/Treatments.

2. Consultations, Deposits, and Bookings
2.1. Consultations: All new clients seeking a Treatment must first attend a consultation. A fee of £20.00 is required to secure this consultation. This fee is non-refundable but will be deducted from the price of any Treatment you choose to proceed with.
2.2. Treatment Bookings: To secure an appointment for a Treatment, a non-refundable deposit of £20.00 is required at the time of booking.
2.3. Deposit Redemption: The £20.00 deposit (or the £20.00 consultation fee) will be credited towards the total cost of the Treatment you receive. This deposit is non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to provide the Treatment (see Section 3).
3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Lateness Policy
3.1. Cancellation Policy: We operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy.
- If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice by email (gosia@enderma.co.uk) or phone.
- If you provide more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date.
- If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, or fail to attend your appointment (a “no-show”), your £20.00 deposit will be forfeited to cover the clinic’s time.
3.2. Lateness: We request that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to proceed with your Treatment, and your appointment may be cancelled. In such cases, the £20.00 deposit will be forfeited.
3.3. Our Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, we will offer you a new appointment time or a full refund of your deposit.
4. Client Obligations and Treatment Suitability
4.1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to receive any of our aesthetic Treatments. We reserve the right to ask for valid photo identification.
4.2. Medical History: It is your sole responsibility to provide a full and accurate medical history during your consultation. We are not liable for any complications arising from your failure to disclose relevant medical information.
4.3. Suitability: We reserve the right to refuse a Treatment if we deem it unsuitable for you, or if we believe it may be detrimental to your health or well-being.
5. Online Shop – Purchase of Physical Products
This section applies to the purchase of Products (e.g., skincare) from our online shop.
5.1. Orders: When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This is not an acceptance of your order. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you.
5.2. Pricing and Payment: All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT (if applicable). Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
5.3. Delivery: Delivery costs and timescales will be specified at checkout. We are responsible for the Products until they are delivered to your nominated address.
6. Product Returns and Refunds (Physical Goods)
6.1. Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders): In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for physical Products within 14 days of receiving them.
6.2. Condition of Return: To be eligible for a refund, Products must be returned to us unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging due to hygiene reasons. We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
6.3. Process: You must notify us of your intent to return a Product by emailing gosia@enderma.co.uk. You are responsible for the cost of return postage.
6.4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned Product, we will process your refund (excluding original delivery charges) within 14 days.
7. Refunds for Services (Treatments)
7.1. Services: Once a Treatment has been performed, the cost of that Treatment is non-refundable.
7.2. Packages: All pre-paid Treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
8. Payment Methods and Klarna Finance
8.1. General: We accept payment via major credit/debit cards and other methods as displayed at checkout.
8.2. Klarna: In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:

8.3. Klarna Specific Terms: By choosing to pay with Klarna, you enter into a separate agreement directly with Klarna. Malgorzata Kedzierska Enderma Group is not the lender and is not responsible for your credit agreement.
Please be aware: Klarna’s Pay in 3 / Pay in 30 days are unregulated credit agreements. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. 18+, UK residents only. Subject to status. T&Cs and late fees apply.
9. Liability
We warrant that we will perform our Treatments with reasonable skill and care. Our liability to you for any breach of these Terms is limited to the value of the Product or Treatment you have purchased. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
This does not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We will use your personal information in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. By using our Website, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. Please note our Privacy Policy contains essential information on how your data is shared with our payment partners, including Klarna.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
